Alexander came to tvzavr in 2015 as its Technical Director. He has experience working at a number of leading IT companies, notably Cloud Mechanics. He has nearly 30 years of experience in information technology, including big data analysis, payment applications, advisory services, and blockchain technology. He earned a bachelor's degree (1983), master's degree (1985), and doctoral degree (1989) in Electrical Engineering at the St. Petersburg State University of Communications. He currently manages tvzavr Development, a participant in the Skolkovo Technopark.

Varvara joined tvzavr in 2015 as the Director of Business Development. In 2016, she was promoted to her current role. She has been working in advertising since 2007. Before joining tvzavr, she had been working for leading Russian internet projects, such as Rambler and Afisha. She holds Bachelor and Masters’ degrees in Journalism and Advertising from the Russian Humanitarian University.

Olesya Teplova is well experienced specialist in International Digital PR. During 13 years she has been realizing tons of successful large scaled international PR campaigns. Graduated from Moscow’s State University of Lomonosov, degree of journalist, and International Business Academy, achieved Mini MBA, since 2015 Olesya works as PR Director at international VoD company tvzavr. Since 2017 she is in charge of Movieschain by tvzavr project PR in Russia, corporate communications in Russia. Olesya’s a number of international PR awards: Russian Media Manager, Silver Archer USA, Among best corporate communications & corporate relations directors «TOP-COMM 2016», «TOP-COM 2017» in Russia.

Elena Khlebnikova came to tvzavr in 2015 as its Content Director. She has worked in this area since 2009. Before coming to tvzavr, Elena worked at Megalabs (Megafon), Lepolis Production, and Cinema without Frontiers. She holds a degree in Economic Analysis from State Management University. She is on the Expert Council of Ministries for Culture and Cinematography.

Graduated with excellence from People Friendship’s University of Russia, international relationships degree, Angelika started her career at Olympic Committee Sochi2014 where she was in charge of Transport Department PR and GR. After successful 2014 Winter Sochi Olympics and Paralympics held, she won a grant and moved to get Master Degree in Business Marketing and Communications at University of Valencia, Spain. Experienced in International Communication she worked in International Company EMS and realized a number of succeeded PR-cases, including Digital Start-up Campaigns. She was one of founders of Association of Congress Center of Valencia and in 2015 got award of Business Development of Valencia, Spain. During last two years Angelika worked as Marketing & Communications Head in Swiss Company Breitling in Russia. Since autumn 2017 she joined international VoD tvzavr Team and is in charge of Movieschain by tvzavr project at International level.

Yana is an experienced PR and communication specialist with the experience in subscription video on demand services. She graduated from the department of business journalism of Lomonosov Moscow State University, worked in leading Russian media like The Village (Business), Slon.ru (now is Republic), RBC, Inc. Russia and Secret firmy. Since 2015 Yana has focused on PR and promotion well-known Russian VOD-services in both local and international markets. In 2018 Yana joined the Movieschain by tvzavr’s team as Head of Media Relations.

Vadim Subbotin - the developer of the main functionality in the Movieschain by tvzavr project, implements integration with external services and the blockchain, designs database design, determines the vector of the project development, writes smart contracts. He received a higher education at the International Institute of Economics and Business, having defended his thesis with the highest score. Passed the CIW Javascript Specialist exam for a certificate with 98% correct answers. He has extensive experience in grocery companies, as a frontend and backend developer.

Ruslan joined tvzavr in 2015 as a Lead Software Developer. He has six years of work experience in the industry and is fully proficient in applications for iOS platform, such as Littera, HelloMedia, EasyFinance, GeoDevelopment, Ponominalu, BabyTalkAbout, etc. He is also fluent in multiple programing languages, such as Java, C++, Swift, etc. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Vladimir State University.

Olga Subbotina - frontend developer of the project Movieschain by tvzavr. She has extensive experience in developing web applications using a component approach, template engines, and automatic generation of styles. Olga writes mobile first applications using the most modern practices. She has certificates for web development from the educational portal GeekBrains by Mail.Ru, the University of Internet professions Netology. She graduated from the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin.

Artem joined tvzavr in 2017 as a Software Developer. He has three years of work experience. He has extensive experience in the development of web-based, iOS-based, and Android-based applications. He is proficient in JavaScript, NodeJS, PHP, Python, HTML, CSS, Jade, SASS/LESS, Swift, Java, C#, C/C++ and Shell, Bash. He is a graduate of the Moscow University of Finance and Industry, where he received a Master's degree in Corporate Information Systems.

Konstantin joined tvzavr in 2011 as a Software Developer. He is a seasoned professional, with 16 years of industry experience. He is fully proficient in ActionScript, JavaScript and HTML5 technologies.

Dmitry joined tvzavr in 2014 as a Web Developer. He is a seasoned professional, with 25 years of industry experience. Dmitry is fully proficient in Python, JavaScript, Django, PostgreSQL, and others. He graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute. S. Ordzhonikidze (1992), with a degree in Systems Engineering.

Eugene joined tvzavr in 2015 as Lead Software Developer. He has nine years of industry experience. He is proficient in multiple computer languages, such JS-vanilla, PHP, C++ and Assembler. He graduated from Moscow Institute of Radio Electronics and Automatics, with a Master’s degree in Computational Mathematics.

Sergey joined tvzavr in 2010 as a Lead Software Developer. He has 16 years of industry experience and is fully proficient in Erlang. He graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute as a Mathematical Engineer.
